I have a background in operations, client service, and organizational management, with experience supporting leadership teams and helping businesses improve internal processes and communication. Throughout my career, I have worked in fast-paced professional environments where organization, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential. I enjoy creating structures that help teams operate more efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and collaboration.
I am passionate about building strong working relationships and contributing to a positive, dependable workplace culture. My approach is grounded in reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. What brought you to this professional career path?
I was drawn to this career path because I’ve always loved organization, problem-solving, and being the person who helps keep everything moving behind the scenes. Early on, I realized I thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same and where I can help bring structure, communication, and a little calm to the chaos. Over time, that naturally grew into a passion for operations and supporting both teams and clients in meaningful ways. I genuinely enjoy helping people, improving processes, and finding ways to make things run smoother and more efficiently.
What do you enjoy most about working in the legal profession?
What I love most about working in the legal profession is how exciting and dynamic it is. I enjoy that there is always something new to learn, different situations to navigate, and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The fast pace keeps me energized, and I love being around people who are passionate, driven, and constantly thinking critically. It’s a career field that challenges me in the best way and keeps every day interesting.
What are some of your hobbies outside of the office?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active through Pilates and cycling. I also love reading, gardening, and cooking; especially anything that lets me slow down, be creative, and unwind a little. Whether it’s trying a new recipe, getting outside in the garden, or relaxing with a good book, I enjoy hobbies that help me recharge and stay balanced.
