Job Description:

Associate Attorney

Are you a current or former public defender or prosecutor at the state or federal level?

Are you looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level?

Would other people describe you as a hard worker?

Final question – are you ready for increased responsibility and immediate experience in state and federal courts?

If you answered yes to all the above, then Gallian Firm is the place for you! Gallian Firm is a law firm that does one thing better than anyone else – Care. If you’re energized by helping others, relentless in achieving professional results, and seeking a position with a growing law firm, you might be the perfect fit for our Associate Attorney role.

An Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting lead attorney Gregg Gallian in larger cases and individually responsible for their own docket. Our firm concentrates on state charges of Assault, DWI, Drug Possession, Murder, and Aggravated offenses. In the federal arena, we focus on wire fraud, bank fraud, drug possession, healthcare fraud, anti-kickback, and conspiracy cases, among others.
