Position Details:

The Associate Attorney will assist Partner Jaclyn Gallian with cases and manage their own caseload with substantial independence. Our firm handles a broad spectrum of cases, ranging from business and commercial disputes, and various civil defense matters including labor and employment, premises liability, product liability, and tort.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Draft briefs and pleadings.
  • Handle discovery, including written discovery and taking/defending depositions.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis and tackle complex factual and legal issues.
  • Represent clients effectively at hearings and trials.
  • Engage in business development activities and expand your professional network.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and support staff to maintain case flow and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ·         J.D. Required from an accredited law school

    ·         Member of Good Standing with the Texas Bar.

    ·         3+ years of litigation experience.

    ·         Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

    ·         Independent worker, focused on accuracy.

    ·         Ability to manage time and deadlines proactively.
