ABOUT ANNAH MILLER
Professional and Educational Background
I graduated from Baylor University, where I earned my degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. During my time at Baylor, I took part in numerous law-related courses and programs that strengthened my understanding of the criminal justice system. I also had the opportunity to work with local police departments, which gave me valuable, hands-on insight into the field.
My academic journey was guided by a strong passion for helping others and a deep interest in the legal system—values that continue to shape my professional life today.
Personal Statement
Early on, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to make a difference in people’s lives. My academic background solidified that calling and gave me a deep appreciation for how law impacts individuals and communities. That passion for justice and care for people naturally led me to the legal field, where I could combine empathy with purpose.
What motivates me every day is knowing that the work I do helps others navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I truly believe that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with respect and I’m proud to be joining a team that shares that same belief.

What brought you to this professional career path?
My academic foundation into Criminal Justice opened my eyes to how powerful an impact the law can have on people’s lives. That realization is what led me to pursue a career in the legal field—where I can make a meaningful difference every day.
What do you enjoy most about working in the legal profession?
I love that every day brings new challenges and opportunities to help others. Whether it’s supporting clients, learning something new, or working alongside such dedicated colleagues, I find the work incredibly rewarding. Knowing that I can play even a small part in helping someone through a difficult time is what keeps me passionate about what I do.
What are some of your hobbies outside of the office?
Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring new places. Whether it’s finding a new favorite coffee spot, planning a weekend getaway, or simply enjoying time with loved ones, I believe in making the most of life’s little adventures.
Why did you join Gallian Firm?
I was introduced to Gallian Firm through a mutual friend, and it truly felt like a “right place, right time” moment.
